New air lines from Dubrovnik, Split, Rijeka and Pula to European cities

Dubrovnik
Vueling, the Spanish low budget airline, will be introducing a new line to Croatia, alongside the already existing line from Barcelona to Dubrovnik, from 23 June until the end of October this year. So, over the period of four months, every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, Vueling will connect Barcelona and Split.

During the summer, another Spanish airline is to introduce flights to Croatia. This is Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, which will connect Madrid and Split on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 23 July until early September.

Spain and Croatia will have connecting flights during the 2012 season from Madrid to Dubrovnik (Iberia, Easy Jet), Zagreb (Iberia), Split (Iberia Regional, Air Nostrum), from Barcelona to Dubrovnik (Vueling), Zagreb (Croatia Airlines) and Split (Vueling) and from Bilbao and Valencia to Dubrovnik (Iberia Regional).

The German low-cost airline Germanwings has also announced two new lines to Croatia. The first will be from 27 March, three times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) connecting Rijeka and Cologne, and the second line from 20 June, twice weekly (Wednesdays and Fridays) between Rijeka and Berlin. Germanwings will carry on connecting Germany to Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Pula and Zadar.

The Swiss airline SkyWork will introduce two new seasonal routes to Croatia starting in May. Every Friday, from 4 May, it will connect Rijeka and the Swiss city of Bern, and from 5 May to 27 October it will introduce a line from Bern to Split.

For the first month it will fly towards Dalmatia on Saturdays and from mid-June, also on Wednesdays. Split is already connected with the Swiss cities of Basel, Zurich and Geneva, but this will be the first link with the Swiss capital.

The British low cost airline Jet2.com carrier will introduce a new direct service between Manchester and Pula in May, which will connect the two cities on Saturdays, during the period 19 May to 6 October.

Also in May of 2012, the German national airline Lufthansa will, for the first time in history, introduce its own line to Pula airport, connecting it with the Bavarian metropolis Munich once a week. Lufthansa will transport passengers between Pula and Munich every Saturday, from 5 May to 13 October 2012.

This year Ryanair flights from London Stansted to Pula airport will start on 27 March. Europe's leading low cost carrier will this year continue with flights from Frankfurt and Brussels to Pula, and it will introduce a new line towards Pula from the Norwegian capital of Oslo.

  1. Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I had written and say, I'm
thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I'm still new to everything.
Do you have any suggestions for rookie blog writers? I'd definitely appreciate it.
