During December The City of Vinkovci has a
variety of holiday events for its citizens and guests.
Visitors will be able to enjoy numerous programs during Advent, taking
place at city’s cultural institutions, on the stage at the pedestrian
zone and at hotel Slavonia.
A colorful programme includes performances by numerous traditional
companies, choirs singing religious songs, children's choirs, drama,
dance and musical performances of various genres, horse-drawn carriage
rides through the city… Add excellent food to the list and you have a
perfect Advent stay in Vinkovci!
The lighting of the first Advent candle on December 2nd and the lighting
of the second Advent candle on December 9th precede and announce the
event.
