Sunj on the Island Lopud
Sunj Beach is located on a small romantic Island Lopud located between the islands of Kolocep and Sipan near Dubrovnik. The beautiful sandy beach Sunj is located on the south side of Lopud and it’s almost a kilometer long. I’ve been on the Island Lopud for my honeymoon before xy? years (smile). Many describe beach Sunj as shallow and suitable for families with small children, I must say I didn’t seem like that when I was there. It is shallow and because of the fine sand as in the Sahara, I lost two sunscreens (swallowed by the sand) in one day. Otherwise, my stay on the Island Lopud was very colorful and Island Lopud is definitely a worthy place for the honeymoon. What I wanted to say is that on this beach at that time I did not see a single family, the guests were all foreigners (UK, Germany mainly), the only one who spoke Croatian were the inhabitants of the island and the staff of hotels and restaurants. This is a very small island, no cars on it and from the hotel to the beach Sunj you need to walk for about 20 minutes. Restaurant on the beach offers decent food and decent prices, as opposed to the quality of service and price in the center of the island. The beach is beautiful, really, but be prepare to share the beach with nudists on the left side and the other on the right side of the beach.
Jagodna on the Island Hvar
Stiniva on the Island Vis
Sakarun on Island Dugi Otok
Sabunike near Nin
Zlatni Rat on the Island Brac
This phenomenon is a pebble cape long about a thousand meters. The beach is special because of changing its shape and position, depending on the wind.
The overhang of Zlatni Rat just in the narrowest part of the Hvar channel act as a sort of amplifier for all winds which Zlatni Rat makes an extremely attractive location for windsurfing.
Vela Przina in Lumbarda on the Island Korcula
Lubenice on the Island Cres
Rajska Plaza, Lopar on the Island Rab

Veli Zal on Palagruza
Palagruza has two beautiful beaches, both sandy and suitable for small children due to shallow waters and fine pebbles.
On Palagruza are decorated two paths, one of which leads to the Stara Vlaka (Mali Zal), cove on the north side of the island, and the other leads to Veli Zal or “Southern Gold”, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, which is located on the south coast of Palagruza.
Saplunara on the Island Mljet
The bay is about one kilometer long and divided into “Mala Saplunara” and “Great Saplunara,” and the sea in shallow waters during the summer months can reach temperatures up to 28 ° C. Behind the beach is a beautiful pine forest that will provide you protection from the sun.
The beach Saplunara is significant because there are present some critically endangered plant species of which you can find out more on the information boards that are on the beach.
The beach Saplunara no store or the possibility to rent sports equipment. The facilities at the beach Saplunara is mobile toilets and coffee bar where you can freshen up and there is the possibility of renting deck chairs.
