The first Bed & Breakfast Studio recently opened in Zagreb. Around one hundred thousand euro was invested in the construction of Studio Kairos, which offers accommodation, breakfast and other facilities in a one hundred square meter space.

This type of offer and accommodation has been common for years in many European cities and tourist destinations, but only appeared sporadically in the Croatian tourist offer, making Studio Kairos the first such accommodation in Zagreb.



The studio is located in a completely renovated family home in Zagreb`s Vlaška Street. By its design and services offered it is close to a four-star hotel while the prices are those of a hostel. The studio can accommodate 12 people in four rooms, each decorated in a way that describes Zagreb and its residents during a specific period in history.
Thus, there is the Writers Room, Craft Room, Granny's Room and Music Room. Guests have access to common rooms for relaxation, reading, watching TV, browsing the Internet, etc. There is a possibility of bicycle rental.
